San Mauro Pascoli has once again been confirmed as a municipality of the highest quality, not only in terms of bathing water, but also taking into account the 32 criteria assessed by the demanding jury of the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) for awarding the prestigious European recognition, including the services offered by the beaches, sustainable land management, efficient wastewater treatment and waste management, pedestrian areas, cycle paths, street furniture, green areas, the removal of architectural barriers, environmental education courses, and accommodation facilities.
