The building, which moved to the former elementary school in 1999, has an elevator and is divided into several rooms on two floors and a large mezzanine. The children's section is on the ground floor, while the first floor houses adult fiction, the consultation and lending room, the reading room, and a multipurpose room for meetings and conferences. The library catalog is online and connected to the SBN (National Library Service) and the Romagna and San Marino Library Network.

The library, which houses the culture office, is the driving force behind all the municipality's cultural activities, ranging from the organization of shows, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and film screenings to the organization of initiatives aimed at promoting reading, such as events featuring meetings with writers and book presentations.
