VILLA TORLONIA MULTIMEDIA MUSEUM
The multimedia museum immerses visitors in Pascoli's poetry, in a journey full of evocative images: the cellars of the Tower are transformed into multisensory settings where sounds, words, and images envelop the visitor. The place of memory that deeply inspired Pascoli's poetry, his poetry embraces the whole of Romagna, representing it in all its complexity, to the point of becoming universal and cosmic poetry: poetry that not only moves the reader but can, at the same time, provide the key to understanding the identity of an entire region. The multimedia museum offers the public the opportunity to explore the relationship between the poet and Romagna, a deep bond that generated his work but also characterizes his identity: from the political Romagna of the young poet's rebellious years to the Romagna represented by artists with the beauty of a landscape that we find in his lyrics, to the food and wine of this territory with its distinctive characteristics.
In addition to this immersive experience, visitors can also visit the Casa Pascoli Museum, the poet's birthplace (another Pascoli site) located in the center of San Mauro Pascoli.
